Prepare your space before a MUNZ FLOOR class at home

• Set out the light so I can see you ZOOM.

• Make sure you have enough floor space when you lie down with your arms outstretched.

• Aim the angle of your computer's camera towards your body: point your head towards the camera and align your spine with the camera, don't point your feet towards the camera! Ideally, the camera will be a bit elevated and not on the ground to give me a better perspective.

• Put on comfortable and colorful clothes if possible

• Switch off your cell phones to make the most of this moment for you!

• Please do not record or film the session.

• Please note, MUNZ FLOOR is not recommended for pregnant women, but will be a great well-being after your childbirth.
